Analog Devices Inc. ADL5507 Logarithmic RF Power Detectors
Analog Devices ADL5507 Logarithmic RF Power Detectors are designed to measure RF signals in the 10MHz to 12GHz frequency range. The complete, low-power, wide-band logarithmic ADL5507 RF power detectors are optimized for accurate RF signal level measurements across a 55dB dynamic range, from -56dBm to -1dBm at 3.6GHz, when terminated with 50Ω. The detectors offer a more comprehensive dynamic range and better accuracy than discrete diode detectors. The ADL5507 detector's high sensitivity allows the measurement of low power levels, reducing the amount of power that needs to be coupled to the detector. The ADL5507 is housed in a 6-ball WLCSP package and utilizes 12.5mA from a 3.3V supply. Implementing shutdown mode, the typical disabled supply current is <100µA.
