SP3010 SPA™ Diode

Littelfuse SP3010 SPA™ (Silicon Protection Array) Diode is part of Littelfuse's lead-free Green Series. The SP3010 integrates four channels of ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail diodes and an additional Zener diode to protect electronic equipment from electrostatic discharges (ESD). This robust device can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. Extremely low loading capacitance also makes the SP3010 ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins such as HDMI, USB3.0, USB2.0, and IEEE 1394.

ESD Protection Solutions

Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes

Littelfuse Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes protect cables that operate with high-speed data and signals. These Littelfuse Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes include unidirectional and bidirectional devices with a 3.3V to 6V working voltage and 1 to 8 channels.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA)

Littelfuse Silicon Protection Array (SPA®) TVS Diodes are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). These diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. Littelfuse TVS diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.
