CMX90A002 2-Stage MMIC Power Amplifiers

CML Micro CMX90A002 2-Stage MMIC Power Amplifiers are fully matched devices designed for 860MHz to 960MHz ISM-band and sub-1GHz wireless applications. Housed in a compact 3mm × 3mm VQFN-16 package, the CMX90A002 power amplifiers deliver up to 32.5dBm saturated output power with up to 49% power-added efficiency (PAE) while operating from a wide 1.9V to 4.5V supply range. Integrated 50Ω input/output matching, on-chip bias circuitry, and an input DC-blocking capacitor reduce external component requirements, simplifying RF design and minimizing PCB area.
