RN-41-SM Class 1 Bluetooth® Socket Module

Microchip's RN-41-SM Class 1 Bluetooth® Socket Module is a through hole, low power module that supports SPP/DUN and HCI Bluetooth interface protocols, is simple to design in, and is fully certified. The Microchip RN-41-SM Class 1 Bluetooth Socket Module uses a high performance on-chip antenna and supports Bluetooth Enhanced Data Rate (EDR) to deliver up to 3 Mbps data rate for distances to 100 meters. The RN-41-SM Bluetooth Socket Module saves time and cost by allowing designers to add Bluetooth wireless capability to existing products without significantly redesigning their application. This Microchip module is ideal for cable replacement, barcode scanners, measurement/monitoring systems, industrial sensors/controls, medical devices, and asset tracking.
