Nexperia 74AUP1T Voltage-Translating Devices provide solutions that integrate voltage level translation with a Boolean function. The 74AUP1T series features a low static and dynamic power consumption across the entire V_CC range from 2.3V to 3.6V. The devices are designed for logic-level translation applications with input switching levels that accept 1.8V low-voltage CMOS signals while operating from a single 2.5V or 3.3V supply voltage. The wide supply voltage range ensures normal operation as the battery voltage drops from 3.6V to 2.3V. Nexperia 74AUP1T Voltage-Translating Devices are fully specified for partial power-down applications using I_OFF. The I_OFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down.
