TDK B409x SMD Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors include capacitors designed to withstand mechanical vibrations of up to 30g (MIL-STD-202, Method 204). This vibration resistance is achieved by four posts that extend from the base plate of the component, stabilizing the can in the event of mechanical shocks and vibrations. The design is offered with part number suffix 100 (standard types: 000), and these components are typically used in demanding automotive and industrial applications. These TDK surface-mount capacitors are available in various voltage ratings, ranging from 25V to 80V, and capacitance values from 56µF to 1100µF.

Hybrid Polymer Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

TDK Hybrid Polymer Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors offer high ripple current and low equivalent series resistance (ESR) across their respective temperature ranges. These devices provide a long useful life with a wide range of capacitance values from 56μF to 2200μF. The B40600 capacitors feature an axial-lead hybrid polymer design, optimized winding construction, and improved electrolyte composition and structure. The B40900, B40910, B40920, B40921, B40930, B40940, and B40950 capacitors are insulated with a coated aluminum case and are suitable for reflow soldering. Both the B40930 and B40940 series also offer a high operating temperature capability of up to +145°C. The TDK capacitor lineup includes AEC-Q200-qualified variants. Typical applications include automotive and industrial electronics.

B40950 Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors

TDK B40950 Hybrid Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors offer miniaturized dimensions, low impedance, and a long life of 10,000 hours at +105°C. These capacitors feature a 25VDC to 80VDC rated voltage, 680µF maximum capacitance, and ultra-low ESR. The B40950 surface-mount devices are suitable for reflow soldering and have a coated aluminum case, a case with a pressure relief vent, and a minus pole marking. TDK B40950 Hybrid Capacitors are suitable for industrial electronics, power tools, battery chargers, motor control circuits, and telecommunications equipment.
