BD71631QWZ-EVK-001 Evaluation Board

ROHM Semiconductor BD71631QWZ-EVK-001 Evaluation Board is a demonstration and development platform for the BD71631QWZ Linear Charger. The BD71631QWZ is optimized for charging low-voltage batteries and single-cell li-ion batteries. The BD71631QWZ accepts a power supply input range of 2.9V to 5.5V and generates a charging battery voltage ranging from 2.0V to 4.7V. The battery charge voltage, charge current, and termination current can all be set using external resisters. Safety functions include a built-in fixed 10-hour safety timer, UVLO (under-voltage lockout), TSD (thermal shutdown detection), and battery over-voltage protection.
