NVH640S75L4SPx IGBT Modules

onsemi NVH640S75L4SPx IGBT Modules are automotive Field Stop 4 (FS4) power modules from the VE-Trac™ Direct family of highly integrated power modules. These modules operate at 750V and 640A in a single-side direct cooling 6-pack configuration. This provides high current density while offering robust short-circuit protection and increased blocking voltage. The NVH640S75L4SPx modules feature ultra-low stray inductance, fast recovery diode chip technologies, and a 4.2kV isolated DBC substrate. These IGBT modules are easy to integrate 6-pack topology, PB-free, and RoHS compliant. The NVH640S75L4SPx IGBT modules meet UL 94V-0 flammability rating. These IGBT modules suit hybrid and electric vehicle traction inverters and high-power converters.
