IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers

ISSI IS32LT3175N/P Single-Channel Linear LED Drivers come with fade in/out and PWM dimming. The regulators serve as a stand-alone LED driver-configurable from 20mA to 150mA with external resistors, no microcontroller is necessary. A logic level “courtesy light” signal from the PWM pin can be interfaced to precisely drive the LED channel. The IS32LT3175P obtains a positive polarity PWM signal. In addition, the IS32LT3175N obtains a negative polarity PWM signal. The regulator integrates a 63-step fade-in and fades out the algorithm (Gamma correction). This causes the output LED current to increasingly rise up to the full source value after the EN pin is pulsed.

AP8803 Buck LED Driver

The Diodes Inc. AP8803 3W step-down DC/DC converter is designed to drive LEDs with a constant current. The Diodes Inc. AP8803 LED driver can drive up to 7 LEDs, depending on the forward voltage of the LEDs, in series from a voltage source to 8V to 30V. Series connection of the LEDs provides identical LED currents resulting in uniform brightness and eliminating the need for ballast resistors. The Diodes Inc. AP8803 switches at frequency up to 700kHz. This allows the use of small size external components, minimizing the PCB area needed.

AP880xx LED Drivers

The Diodes Inc. AP880xx LED driver IC family significantly reduces the number and size of external components required by drive circuits. These Diodes Inc. step-down DC-DC converter LED drivers require only four smaller and lower cost inductors or capacitors. The AP880xx LED driver family ensures uniform LED brightness, eliminates the need for ballast resistors, and suits a broad range of high-brightness, general illumination duties, including signage, architectural and emergency lighting, and MR16 lamp replacement. Diodes Inc. AP880xx LED driver ICs drive up to 13 series-connected LEDs with a constant current, from voltage sources between 8V and 48V, with efficiencies up to 92%.
