TPS3762/TPS3762-Q1 65V Window Supervisors

Texas Instruments TPS3762/TPS3762-Q1 65V Window Supervisors have 4µA IDD, 0.9% accuracy, fast detection time, and a built-in self-test feature. These devices can be connected directly to 12V/24V industrial SELV power rails for continuous monitoring of overvoltage (OV) and undervoltage (UV) conditions; with its internal resistor divider, TPS3762/TPS3762-Q1 offers a small total solution size. Wide hysteresis voltage options are available to ignore large voltage transients. A built-in hysteresis on the SENSE pin prevents false reset signals when monitoring a supply voltage rail. The TPS3762-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
