AP22815/AP22615 Power Distribution Switches

Diodes Incorporated AP22815/AP22615 Power Distribution Switches with output overvoltage protection (OVP) are designed for USB and other hot-swap applications. The AP22815/AP22615 features output overvoltage protection, reverse current blocking, overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection. Additional features include a controlled rise time and under-voltage lockout functionality.
