REFILD8150DC15ASMD Reference Board

Infineon REFILD8150DC15ASMD Reference Board features the ILD8150E, an 80V LED driver IC, with an innovative hybrid dimming method. The LED driver IC provides a high safety voltage margin, especially for applications operating close to safety extra-low voltage (SELV) limits. Performance and protection features provide the right fit for professional LED lighting. The Infineon REFILD8150DC15ASMD Reference Board comes with hysteretic current control, which is extremely fast and always stable without the need for any loop compensation. Additionally, it provides flexibility for up to 1A with a short duty cycle. In a range of 12.5% to 100%, the ILD8150E operates in analog dimming mode and 0.5% to 12.5% in hybrid mode with fixed output frequency. Hybrid mode dimming helps to minimize LED color shift and audible noise. ILD8150E provides high accuracy overall conditions, as well as AC 100Hz or 120Hz input flicker rejection in the whole dimming range.
