TE Connectivity's (TE) Heavy Duty Connectors (HDC) deliver reliable performance in harsh environments, utilizing a flexible interface to maximize application efficiency. The HDS series provides data, signal, and power connection solutions between devices across various applications and features a rated current of 5A to 350A. The design allows mixing different components, providing users with the flexibility to customize connector solutions with off-the-shelf parts. The inserts and contacts are modular and assembled to provide the desired electrical performance for the application. The hoods and housings are available in metal or thermoplastic and are robustly constructed to provide mechanical and environmental protection for the connector. TE Heavy Duty Connectors include cost-effective thermoplastic locking levers. These levers are ideal for industrial applications that do not require stainless steel enclosures. The industrial thermoplastic helps reduce corrosion and makes the locking levers easy to exchange without tools.
