These modules operate at high frequencies that lead to high heat generation. The QA36-DISS-1-PK heat spreader from SECO is not intended to be a guaranteed standalone cooling system. This heat spreader should be used only as a supplemental means of transferring heat to another dissipation system like heat sinks, fans, and heat pipes.
