TCKE6 Single-Input Single-Output (SISO) eFuse ICs

Toshiba TCKE6 Single-Input Single-Output (SISO) eFuse ICs withstand 40V maximum input and offer overcurrent protection from 0.35A to 2.4A. These ICs feature a maximum operating voltage of 30V and can be used as a reusable fuse. The TCKE6 efuse ICs include protection features such as an adjustable overcurrent limit via an external resistor, short-circuit protection, under-voltage protection, and thermal shutdown. These ICs are available in a TSOP6F small package and operate within the -40°C to 125°C temperature range. Typical applications include industrial equipment and home appliances.
