Infineon Technologies SHIELD_BTS7004-1EPP Arduino Shield

Infineon Technologies SHIELD_BTS7004-1EPP Arduino Shield comes with four high-side BTS7004-1EPP switches for high-current automotive applications. This Arduino shield can be used to control and protect the outputs of a 12V supply and measure the load current to demonstrate relay and fuse replacement. Other features include a diagnosis with high current sense accuracy up to the current trip level and a 50% reduced internal operating current composition. Infineon Technologies SHIELD_BTS7004-1EPP Arduino Shield operates at a -16V to 35V supply voltage range and offers low ≤0.5μA output leakage current. Ideal applications include electronic control unit (ECU) power feeds, auxiliary power outlets, heaters, driving heating loads, general power distribution, and capacitive loads. This Arduino shield offers design flexibility across the family with pin-to-pin and external component compatibility.
