Littelfuse AQ27COM-01 Bidirectional TVS Diode

Littelfuse AQ27COM-01 Bidirectional TVS Diode provides a high Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection level for electronic equipment. This TVS diode is fabricated using proprietary silicon avalanche technology. The AQ27COM-01 TVS diode dissipates a 4A (8/20μs) surge event as defined in IEC 61000-4-5, 2nd edition. This TVS diode safely absorbs repetitive ESD strikes of ±30kV (contact and air discharge as defined in IEC61000-4-2) without any performance degradation. The AQ27COM-01 TVS diode is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable. Typical applications include automotive, ADAS control units, body control units, CAN/LIN buses, electronic control units, factory automation, lighting control (DALI), and powertrain control units.
