Advanced Thermal Solutions DIY IGBT Cold Plates provide an option to fully customize the fit of the cold plate to the target heat source. These cold plates are suitable for IGBTs, MOSFETs, wide-bandgap devices, or other high-heat devices. The DIY IGBT cold plates come with an etched "no drill zone" to provide a visual guide to prevent drilling into the I/O ports. These cold plates offer more than 30% improvement in thermal performance and are compatible with industry-accepted coolants. The DIY cold plates are leak-free (100% tested) and offer a compact design and industry-standard threaded ports for hassle-free connections. These cold plates feature uniform surface temperature, low pressure drop, and a maximum pressure of 60 psi. Typical applications include automotive, instruments, uninterruptible power supplies, wind turbines, photovoltaic inverters, and power electronics.
