Analog Devices Inc. ADL8124 Integrated Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs)
Analog Devices ADL8124 Integrated Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) are high-performance, dual-channel LNAs optimized for applications operating in the 1GHz to 20GHz frequency range. Designed using advanced GaAs pHEMT technology, the Analog Devices ADL8124 delivers a low 2.1dB (typical) noise figure and a typical gain of 15dB across a wide bandwidth, making these LNAs ideal for demanding RF and microwave systems such as test equipment, instrumentation, radar, and communication systems. The amplifier operates from a single 3.3V supply (5V is also supported) and includes integrated bias circuitry, a temperature sensor, and an enable/disable function. These features simplify system design and reduce external component requirements. Specified for operation over an extended -55°C to +125°C temperature range and available in a compact 2mm × 2mm, 8-lead LFCSP package, the ADL8124 offers excellent linearity, wideband performance, and a small footprint suitable for space-constrained designs.
