ATC Diversified Electronics SPM Temperature Switch Relays

ATC Diversified Electronics SPM Temperature Switch Relays incorporate a bistable relay that retains its state during power failures. These non-volatile latching temperature switch relays monitor a normally closed-low temperature switch. Connections for an external reset button are provided for manual control, and the LEDs indicate the status of the relay. When making the connections, the reset inputs of multiple units are connected to a single push button as long as proper polarity is observed. The temperature switch is closed, the relay is de-energized under normal conditions, and the relay energizes and latches on when the temperature switch opens. These switch relays operate at 120V switching voltage, 0kΩ to 2kΩ of resistance in series, and 10A contact current rating.
