Diodes Inc. SBRT20U50SLP 20A Trench Super Barrier Rectifier provides very low VF and excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures. The device is ideal for use as a rectifier, freewheel diode or blocking diode in DC-DC converters and AC-DC adapters. The SBRT20U50SLP is packaged in a thermally efficient compact POWERDI5060-8 package.
