HALO Electronics DC/DC Isolation Magnetic Transformers
HALO Electronics DC/DC Transformers are available in a vast array of toroidal and bobbin wound DC/DC converter transformers for most leading DC/DC converter controller ICs. Toroidal transformer products for Push/Pull and H Bridge topologies are available for 0.5W to 13W applications. Bobbin wound transformers are available in power ratings from 3W to 90W for applications such as POE and high power POE+. Most products are available in Functional, Basic, Supplemental, or Reinforced insulation to meet the most stringent safety requirements. All products are UL/EN60950 recognized. Functional and Reinforced insulation products are also DEMKO recognized.
Toroidal DC/DC Converter Isolation Transformers
A wide assortment of toroidal transformers for Push/Pull and H Bridge DC/DC converter topologies are available. These transformers are available in functional, supplemental, or reinforced insulation with isolation voltages ranging from 500V to 5kV. The toroidal transformers have been tested and approved by leading IC vendors, including Maxim. The turns ratios of a given part can provide multiple output voltages depending on the rectifier circuit chosen in the application. All parts are UL/EN60950 recognized with working voltages ranging from less than 60V to up to 600V.
The toroidal transformers include the TGMR series and TGMS series designed for Maxim's MAX14940, MAX14943, MAX14946, and MAX14949 integrated ICs.
PoE 'Switch Mode' Transformers
A full line of bobbin wound Flyback transformers are available for continuous or discontinuous switch mode applications. Power ratings range from 3W to 90W in several industry-standard sizes ranging from EP7 to EFD25 bobbin styles. All products are UL/EN60950 recognized.
