Infineon Technologies FL Serial NOR Flash Memory

Infineon Technologies FL Serial NOR Flash Memory offers a reduced pin count while providing optimal read/write performance. This feature makes the FL Serial NOR Flash Memory optimal for automotive, networking, consumer electronics, and industrial applications. An AEC-Q100 qualification and PPAP support are available for automotive customers. The Infineon FL family has four product groups: FL-S, FL-L, FL1-K, and FL-P.

    • Temperature ranges: Industrial (-40°C to +85°C), industrial-plus (-40°C to +105°C), extended (-40°C to +125°C)
  • FL-L
    • Densities of 256Mb, 128Mb, and 64Mb
    • Uniform 4KB sector size
    • Read speed in single, dual, and quad I/O modes up to 133MHz SDR (single data rate) and up to 66MHz DDR (double data rate), delivering read bandwidth of up to 67MBps
    • Fast programming performance of 854KBps to speed manufacturing throughput
    • Temperature ranges: Industrial (-40°C to +85°C), industrial-plus (-40°C to +105°C), extended (-40°C to +125°C)
    • Deep-power-down feature
  • FL-P
    • Densities of 32Mb up to 256Mb
    • Hybrid sector architecture
    • Read speed in single, dual, and quad I/O modes up to 80MHz SDR (single data rate), delivering read bandwidth of up to 40MBps
    • Programming performance of 166 KBps to speed manufacturing throughput
    • Temperature ranges: Industrial (-40°C to +85°C), industrial-plus (-40°C to +105°C)
  • FL-S
    • Densities from 128Mb up to 1Gb
    • Hybrid sector architecture
    • Read speed in single, dual, and quad I/O modes up to 133MHz SDR (single data rate) and up to 80MHz DDR (double data rate), delivering read bandwidth of up to 80MBps
    • Programming performance (up to 1.08MBps) speeds manufacturing throughput
    • Temperature ranges: Industrial (-40°C to +85°C), industrial-plus (-40°C to +105°C), extended (-40°C to +125°C)
    • Select devices available with I/O supply voltage of 1.65V to 3.6V
