Infineon Technologies REF10KW3LNPC2Q NPC2 Power Conversion Reference Design is a design blueprint to speed up any residential 3-phase string, hybrid, and battery inverter project. It is a combination of current CoolSiCTM MOSFETs and a QDPAK SMD package with top-side cooling. The high switching frequency of 48kHz allows a significant reduction of size and cost per kW. The Infineon Technologies REF-10KW3LNPC2Q is an integrated kit that includes multiple boards to help users build and operate an NPC2 inverter power stage.
