Infineon Technologies TLE49SRx Angle Sensors

Infineon Technologies TLE49SRx Angle Sensors are stray field robust angle sensors based on Hall technology that measure the absolute angular position from 0° to 360°. The sensor provides digital output interfaces. The TLE49SRS8D provides SENT interface support, while the TLE49SRC8D offers SPC interface. The TLE49SRx sensors are created according to ISO 26262 as a Safety Element out of Context.

The Infineon TLE49SRx has spatially separated Hall cells, which allow robust stray field measurement of the magnetic field, and signal conditioning circuits are employed on the integrated circuit (IC).
