MACOM MADL-011021 Pin-Schottky Diode Limiter
MACOM MADL-011021 Pin-Schottky Diode Limiter provides both low and high signal frequency operation from 10MHZ to 6GHz. The module features a three-terminal low pass filter (LPF) broadband shunt structure in a lead-free, thin dual flat no-lead (TDFN) package that measures 1.5mm x 1.2mm. The Schottky diode and the anti-parallel arrangement of the PIN limiter eliminate the need for a shunt coil as a DC return. This anti-parallel arrangement also benefits broadband performance. MACOM MADL-011021 Pin-Schottky Diode Limiter is suitable for usage in higher frequency and lower flat leakage limiter microwave circuits applications, including industrial, scientific, and medical (ISM).Features
