Microchip Technology MCP6H01, MCP6H02, & MCP6H04 Op Amps

Microchip Technology MCP6H01, MCP6H02, and MCP6H04 1.2MHz 16V Operational Amplifiers (Op Amps) offer a wide supply voltage range of 3.5V to 16V and rail-to-rail output operation. These devices are unity gain stable and have a gain bandwidth product of 1.2MHz (typical). The MCP6H01, MCP6H02, and MCP6H04 Op Amps operate with a single-supply voltage as high as 16V, while only drawing 135µA/amplifier (typical) of quiescent current. These devices are offered in single (MCP6H01), dual (MCP6H02), and quad (MCP6H04) configurations. All devices are fully specified in extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.

Microchip Technology 16V Op Amps with Low Quiescent Current are targeted for applications in the medical (e.g. portable instrumentation, heart- and blood-pressure monitors), automotive (e.g. proximity, temperature or flow sensors), and industrial (e.g. high-side current sensing in power supplies) markets. These devices also offer high Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR) of 100dB and Power-Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of 102dB for improved noise performance. Low current consumption combined with space-saving package offerings make the MCP6H01/2 ideal for portable applications as well.
