Microsemi / Microchip AgileSwitch 62EM1-00001 Electrical Driver
Microsemi / Microchip AgileSwitch 62EM1-00001 Electrical Driver provides monitoring and fault reporting information to enable better control and analysis of SiC MOSFET-based power systems. This driver includes isolated HI side and LO side DC/DC converters and offers seven fault conditions. The 62EM1-00001 electrical driver provides up to 20A of peak current at an operating frequency of up to 200kHz. The Microsemi / Microchip AgileSwitch 62EM1-00001 Electrical Driver uses automotive temperature-grade components and allows for modifying the settings of gate resistors.
