Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP2147 Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP2147 Step-Down Converters achieve up to 4A continuous output current from a 2.8 to 5.5V input voltage with excellent load and line regulation. Designers can regulate the output voltage as low as 0.6V. The constant-on-time control (COT) delivers a fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Fault condition protections include cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. MPS MP2147 Step-Down Converters are available in a 2mm x 3mm QFN package and require only a minimal number of readily available external components. The MP2147 series is well-suited for a wide range of applications, including storage (SSD, HDD), portable instruments, and battery-powered devices.
