Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP4562 60V 2A Step-Down Converters are versatile devices with an integrated high-voltage high-side MOSFET (HS-FET). The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP4562 converters offer up to 2A output current across a 4.5V to 60V input voltage range. The converters ensure fast transient response and simple loop design with peak current mode control and internal compensation. Supporting a wide switching frequency range of 100kHz to 2.5MHz, the devices provide a compact and efficient solution for various step-down applications.
