Murata Power Solutions MGJ2 Isolated 2W Gate Drive DC-DC Converters are ideal for powering high- and low-side gate drive circuits for IGBT/SiC and MOSFET devices in bridge circuits. A variety of asymmetric output voltages provides optimum drive levels for ideal system efficiency. All three MGJ2 series are characterized by high isolation requirements typically seen in bridge circuits used in motor drives and inverters. The MGJ2 industrial-grade temperature rating and construction provide reliability and a long service life.
