Nexperia PSMN012 N-channel MOSFET
Nexperia PSMN012 N-channel MOSFET is a dual logic level N-channel MOSFET in an LFPAK56D (Dual Power-SO8) package. The Nexperia MOSFET uses application-specific (ASFET) repetitive avalanche silicon technology. The device is tested to 1Bn avalanche events.
