NXP Semiconductors i.MX RT106L Crossover MCUs
NXP Semiconductors i.MX RT106L Crossover MCUs are EdgeReady™ solution-specific variants of the i.MX RT1060 family of processors, targeting edge-based local command voice applications. The i.MX RT106L features an advanced implementation of the Arm® Cortex®-M7 core, which operates at speeds up to 600MHz to provide high CPU performance and leading real-time response. The i.MX RT106L-based solutions enable system designers to easily and inexpensively add far-field local commands-based voice control capabilities to a wide variety of smart appliances, smart homes, smart retail, and smart industrial devices. The i.MX RT106L is licensed to run NXP’s turnkey solution for local commands automatic speech recognition, which may include:
- Analog front-end softDSP
- Far-field processing
- Acoustic echo cancellation (barge-in)
- Ambient noise reduction
- Direction of arrival
- Playback processing
- Codecs
- Automatic speech recognition engine for wake-word and local commands
- Media player/streamer
The i.MX RT106F is offered in a 196-ball Molded Array Process Ball Grid Array (MAPBGA) package, with a 0°C to +95°C consumer-grade temperature range.
