onsemi NCP177 Linear Voltage Regulators

onsemi NCP177 Linear Voltage Regulators provide up to 0.5A of load current and maintain excellent output voltage accuracy of 0.8% at +25°C. The operating input voltage ranges from 1.6V to 5.5V. These devices are suitable for Li-ion battery-powered products and post-regulation applications. onsemi NCP177 Voltage REgulators are available in several fixed output voltage options. Others are possible on request from 0.7V to 3.6V. NCP177 is fully protected against overheating and output short circuit. Small 4-pin XDFN-4 1mm x 1mm packages make these devices especially suitable for space-constrained applications.
