onsemi NCP13994 Current Mode Resonant Controllers
onsemi NCP13994 Current Mode Resonant Controllers are an enhanced, high-performance current mode controller for half-bridge resonant converters. The onsemi controller incorporates a 700V-rated high voltage startup current source and X2-Capacitor discharge function. The device also features gate drivers, simplifying the layout and reducing the number of external components. The NCP13994 features a dedicated output to interface with the PFC controller in applications where a PFC front stage is needed.
