onsemi NCP4586 150mA Low Noise LDO Regulators

onsemi NCP4586 150mA Low Noise LDO Regulators offer low noise, high ripple rejection, low dropout, high output voltage accuracy, and low supply current. These LDO regulators are available in three configurations, such as enable high, enable low, and enable high plus auto-discharge. The onsemi NCP4586 regulators are available in small packages that allow mounting on high-density PCBs and are well-suited for many applications. These regulators automatically switch to low power mode under light current loads to save power and extend battery life.

The NCP4587 regulators automatically switch back to a fast response mode as the output load increases above 3mA (typical). These regulators can also be placed in permanent fast mode through a mode select pin. The NCP4586 regulators offer an operating input voltage range of 1.4V to 5.25V and an output voltage range of 0.8V to 4.0V (available in 0.1V steps). These regulators allow choosing between fast shutoff or fast restart of the output voltage. The NCP4587 regulators are ideal for use in battery-powered equipment, portable communication equipment, cameras, image sensors, and camcorders.
