onsemi NCS70x1/NCV70x1 Current Sense Amplifiers
onsemi NCS70x1/NCV70x1 Current Sense Amplifiers are high voltage, high resolution, current sense amplifiers that feature gain options of 14V, 20V, 50V, and 100V, with a maximum ±0.3% gain error over the entire temperature range. These amplifiers consist of a preamplifier and buffer with access to output/input via A1 and A2 pins for an intermediate filter network or modified gain. These parts have a wide common mode input voltage range from -6V to 80V. The NCS70x1 amplifiers can perform unidirectional or bidirectional current measurements across a sense resistor in a variety of applications. Automotive-qualified options are available (NCV prefix). All versions are specified over an extended -40°C to +150°C operating temperature range.
