PANJIT Sample Kit

PANJIT Sample Kit is designed to quickly experience and demonstrate how PANJIT devices work in a compact circuit. This sample kit features a sturdy design, high surge current capability, low conduction loss, PTC on VF, temperature-independent switching behavior, and zero reverse recovery. The 650V SiC SBD sample kit includes a total of 26 pieces. This kit offers a high junction temperature of 175°C and is lead free in compliance with EU RoHS 2.0.
