Qorvo QPA2597 2.0GHz to 6.0GHz GaN Driver Amplifier is a packaged driver amplifier built on proven GaN-on-SiC technology. Operating across the 2.0GHz to 6.0GHz range, the Qorvo QPA2597 delivers 32dBm of output power, 24dB of small-signal gain, and a power‑added efficiency of 37%. Utilizing GaN MMIC technology and housed in a plastic package, the QPA2597 offers a cost‑effective driver amplifier solution that conveniently operates on the same voltage rail as the corresponding GaN high-power amplifier (HPA). The amplifier also functions as the final output stage in lower‑power system architectures. The device comes in a compact 4mm × 4mm plastic overmold QFN package. It features 50Ω internal matching and integrated DC‑blocking capacitors on both RF ports, enabling straightforward system integration.
