Rectron ES2C Surface Mount Silicon Rectifier is a glass passivated super fast silicon rectifier that features a low leakage current. This rectifier operates at 150V maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage (VRRM), 105V maximum RMS voltage (VRMS), and 150V maximum DC blocking voltage (VDC). The ES2C rectifier provides metallurgically bonded construction and is ideal for surface-mounted applications.
