Renesas Electronics Synergy™ S5D5 Arm® Microcontrollers
Renesas Synergy™ S5D5 Arm® Microcontrollers provide a high-performance Arm Cortex® M4 core running up to 120MHz. These MCUs feature up to 1MB code flash memory, 384KB SRAM, Capacitive Touch Sensing Unit (CTSU), 12-Bit A/D Converter (ADC12), and 12-Bit D/A Converter (DAC12). The S5D5 MCUs include Ethernet MAC Controller (ETHERC), Ethernet DMA Controller (EDMAC), USB 2.0 full-speed, Quad Serial Peripheral Interface (QSPI), security, safety, and analog features. The S5D5 MCUs are ideal for home, industrial, and automation applications.The Renesas Electronics Synergy™ S5D5 Arm® Microcontrollers are offered in 7mm x 7mm LGA-145, 20mm x 20mm LQFP-100, and 14mm x 14mm LQFP-144 packages.
