RF Solutions ESP-07S Wi-Fi® Module integrates the Espressif Systems ESP8266 SoC, offering a complete WiFi solution. RF Solutions ESP8266 single-core Wi-Fi SoCs include standard digital peripheral interfaces, antenna switches, RF balun, power amplifier, low noise receive amplifier, filters, and power management modules in one compact package.

Espressif Systems ESP8266EX Single-Core Wi-Fi SoCs also integrate an enhanced version of Tensilica's L106 Diamond series 32-bit processor with on-chip SRAM, besides the Wi-Fi functionalities. The ESP8266EX provides a complete and self-contained Wi-Fi networking solution that can host the application or offload Wi-Fi networking functions from another application processor.
