SanRex Standard Dual Rectifier Diode Modules

SanRex Standard Dual Rectifier Diode Modules are industrial‑grade power semiconductor devices designed for reliable AC‑to‑DC rectification in medium‑ to high‑power applications. Each module integrates two power rectifier diode elements in a single compact package, enabling straightforward implementation of single‑phase and three‑phase rectifier circuits while reducing wiring complexity. An electrically isolated mounting base allows direct installation on a grounded heatsink without additional insulation, improving safety and simplifying mechanical and thermal design.

These modules are available in multiple voltage and current classes to support a wide range of industrial requirements. Typical repetitive peak reverse voltage ranges from 400V to 1600V, while average forward current ratings range from 20A to 465A, depending on the model. Designed to withstand demanding operating conditions, the modules provide high non‑repetitive surge current and I2t capability, ensuring robust performance during inrush events, load transients, and fault conditions common in rectifier and motor‑drive systems.

The SanRex Standard Dual Rectifier Diode Modules utilize glass‑passivated diode chip technology, delivering stable electrical characteristics, low degradation over time, and high reliability under thermal stress.
