Texas Instruments SN74ACT11/SN74ACT11-Q1 Triple 2-Input AND Gates
Texas Instruments SN74ACT11/SN74ACT11-Q1 Triple 2-Input AND Gates contain three independent 3-input AND gates. These devices perform the Boolean function Y = A • B • C in positive logic. The Texas Instruments SN74ACT11-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

- Max tpd of 10.5ns at 5V
