Semtech TS30011 1MHz Synchronous Buck DC-DC Converters
Semtech TS30011 1MHz, 1A Current-Mode Synchronous Buck DC-DC Converters feature fully integrated power switches, internal compensation, and full fault protection. The switching frequency of 1MHz enables the use of small filter components, resulting in reduced board space and BOM costs, Semtech TS30011 utilizes current mode feedback in normal regulation PWM mode. When the regulator is disabled, the device draws less than 10µA quiescent current. These synchronous Buck DC-DC converters integrate a wide range of protection circuitry, including input supply undervoltage lockout, output voltage soft start, current limit, and thermal shutdown. The TS30011 includes supervisory reporting through the PG (Power Good) open drain output to interface other components in the system. These Semtech devices are ideal for use in on-card switching regulators and set-top box, DVD, LCD, and LED supply.Features
