STMicroelectronics Automotive Power Schottky Diodes

STMicroelectronics Automotive Power Schottky Diodes combine low voltage-drop characteristics with negligible or zero recovery. They range from 30 to 170V and from 1 to 80A, so covering all application needs from OR-ing and 48V converters, to battery chargers and welding equipment. These devices feature a broad package offering, with through-hole and surface mount industry standard outlines, as well as the PowerFLAT™ package. This selection of power Schottky diodes are designed to meet the strict requirements of the automotive industry and are AEC-Q101 qualified.

30V-40V

STMicroelectronics STPS60L30CKY 2x30A Automotive Schottky Diode is a dual center tab Schottky rectifier suitable for automotive applications. It is packaged in PowerSO-20 (slug up), which is especially intended for use in a low voltage applications. Features include very small conduction losses, negligible switching losses, extremely fast switching and is AEC-Q101 qualified.

40V-60V

STMicroelectronics 40V to 60V Automotive Schottky Diodes are designed for use in switch mode power supplies, high frequency DC to DC converters and other power converters. They are available in a number of small, compact packages (DO-214AC (SMA), DO-214AA (SMB), TO-252 (DPAK), and TO-263 (D2PAK)). These are designed for use in high frequency, low voltage, free wheeling and polarity protection in automotive applications.

60V-100V

STMicroelectronics Automotive Schottky Diodes are suited for switched mode power supplies, high frequency DC to DC converters, CAD computers and servers. Packaged in a variety of compact packages these devices are intended for use in low, voltage, high frequency inverters, battery chargers, free wheeling and polarity protection for automotive applications.

100V-150V

STMicroelectronics Automotive Schottky Diodes are suited for switched mode power supplies, high frequency DC to DC converters, adaptors and on board DC/DC converters for automotive applications. These are offered in a variety of packages (DO-214AC (SMA), DO-214AA (SMB), TO-252 (DPAK) and MAX247) to meet the stringent requirements of the automotive market.

150V-200V

STMicroelectronics Automotive Schottky Diodes are suitable for high frequency switch mode power supplies. The ISOTOP package is intended for use in secondary rectification applications. The DO-214AA (SMB) package is intended for use in automotive applications where low drop forward voltage is required to reduce power dissipation. The TO-263 (D2PAK) are intended for use to enhance the reliability of the application in automotive segment. All devices are AEC-Q101 qualified.
