STMicroelectronics Serial EEPROMs offer I2C (M24 Series), SPI (M95 Series), and Application Specific (M34 Series) bus types to meet a wide variety of design application requirements. These devices include the industry's largest memory size (2Mb), smallest standard package (UFDFPN5), smallest and ultra-thin WLCSP packages, and a guarantee of up to 4 million erase/write cycles and 200 years data retention.

M24Cxx/M24Mxx I2C Serial EEPROMs

STMicroelectronics M24Cxx/M24Mxx I2C Serial EEPROMs are electrically erasable programmable memories that are compatible with I2C bus modes (1MHZ, 400kHZ, or 100kHZ). They are organized as 8Kbit to 1Mbit arrays. These can be accessed (Read and Write) with a supply voltage of up to 1.7V to 5.5V, over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. They are offered in a wide variety of package styles (SO-8, UFDFPN-8, UFDFPN-5, WLCSP) to meet a number of different customer requirements.

The M24M02-A125 2Mb Serial I2C Bus EEPROM with a 1MHz clock is compliant with the automotive standard AEC-Q100. This operates at a supply voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V, over an extended temperature range of -40ºC to 125ºC.
 

M34E04 SPD EEPROM

STMicroelectronics M34E04 Serial Presence Detect (SPD) EEPROM is a 512 byte EEPROM device designed to operate the SMBus bus in the 1.7V - 3.6V voltage range, with a maximum of 1MHz transfer rate in the 2.2V - 3.6V voltage range, over the JEDEC defined ambient temperature of 0°C / 95°C. The M34E04 includes a 4Kbit serial EEPROM organized as two pages of 256 bytes each or 512 bytes of total memory. Each page is composed of two 128-byte blocks. The device is able to selectively lock the data in any or all of the four 128-byte blocks. Designed specifically for use in DRAM DIMMs (Dual Inline Memory Modules) with Serial Presence Detect, all the information concerning the DRAM module configuration (such as its access speed, its size, its organization) can be kept write-protected in one or more memory blocks.

M95 SPI Serial EEPROMs

STMicroelectronics M95 SPI Serial EEPROMs are electrically erasable programmable memories organized and accessed through the SPI bus. They are organized as 1Kbit to 512Kbit arrays. They can operate with a supply voltage from 1.7V to 5.5V, over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to  +85°C. Each device offers an additional page, named the Identification Page (16, 32, 64, or 128 bytes). The Identification Page can be used to store sensitive application parameters, which can be (later) permanently locked in Read-only.
