STMicroelectronics ST87M01 Ultra-Compact, Low-Power Narrowband (NB-IoT) Industrial Modules are high-performance, fully programmable, certified LTE Cat NB2 NB-IoT and GNSS modules that cover worldwide cellular frequency bands and integrate advanced security functions. These low-power ST87M01 modules provide extended multi-regional LTE coverage. The integrated native GNSS receiver with multi-constellation access delivers enhanced and accurate localization. The modules feature ultra-low <2µA power consumption in low-power mode, transmit output power up to +23dBm, and operate in an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The STM8701 offers a fully programmable IoT platform, providing flexibility that allows designers to embed their code directly in the module for simple applications. The modules can also be combined with a separate host microcontroller, enabling more sophisticated use cases.
STMicroelectronics ST87M01 Ultra-Compact NB-IoT Industrial Modules come in a 10.6mm x 12.8mm LGA footprint, making it ideal for applications requiring a small form factor.
