STMicroelectronics ESDL031-1BF4 1-Line Bidirectional ESD Protection
STMicroelectronics ESDL031-1BF4 Single Line Bidirectional ESD Protection is designed to protect the power line against EOS and ESD transients. The ESDL031-1BF4 features an ultra-low clamping voltage of 6.3V TLP at 16A Ipp, 85mΩ very low dynamic resistance, and a 100nA max at 3.3V VRM low leakage current. The ESDL031-1BF4 is ideal for applications where board space saving is required.
