STMicroelectronics STTx6050H-12MxY Half-Controlled Bridge Rectifier
STMicroelectronics STTx6050H-12MxY Half-Controlled Bridge Rectifier is a top-cooled surface-mount module that integrates a single-phase half-controlled bridge rectifier. It is rated at 1200V and delivers an output full-wave DC up to 75AAV. Each single embedded device has a rated current of 60ARMS and a symmetric blocking voltage of 1200V. With its top cooling pad opposite the printed circuit board, this device allows the PCB-module-heat sink stack to be automatically assembled. This feature provides a low-profile and compact converter in the field of onboard chargers, charging stations, motor drives, UPS, and AC-DC power supplies. Based on the ST high-temperature automotive planar technology, the STMicroelectronics STTD6050H-12M2Y offers higher specified noise immunity of 1000V/µs up to the 150°C junction temperature Tj and an over-voltage robustness VDSM up to 1400V.Features
